To πρώτο μου Swap!

Καλησπέρα σας !!

Aργησα -πάλι- να γράψω ποστ αλλα λίγο το κατσίκι στις γιορτές, λίγο τα τσουρέκάκια και τα πασχαλινά αυγά, λίγο όλοι οι φίλοι που έπρεπε να δω, άντε να προλάβω!
 Ομως να'μαι. 2-3 κιλά παραπάνω, αλλα χαρούμενη για το συγκεκριμένο ποστ! Ενθουσιασμένη βασικά - δεν μπορείτε να φανταστείτε πως έκανα όταν άνοιγα το κουτί, λες και άνοιγα το
 κίντερ αυγό μου (το πασχαλιάτικο ντε!)

Το μου swap λοιπόν (και σίγουρα όχι το τελευταίο), του οποίου το πακέτο έλαβα πριν απο 3 - 4 μέρες. Ηθελα πάρα πολύ να κάνω swap , και αν και ήθελα κυρίως με κάποια κοπέλα απο Αμερική ή Αγγλία (o λόγος είναι καθαρά και μόνο κάποια προϊόντα που έχω βάλει στο ματι όπως EOS, collection 2000, κάτι έξτρα nyx, κτλ) , τελικά έκανα με μία γλυκύτατη κοπέλα απο την Φιλανδία, την Αnni.

Κανονίσαμε να χαλάσουμε ένα συγκεκριμένο ποσο, ίδιο (σίγουρα το ξεπεράσαμε και οι δυο φυσικά!), και μιας και δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα ψηλό, συμφωνίσαμε στο ''the more, the better'' και αποφύγαμε τα high end ή πολύ ακριβά drugstore.

Πιο συγκεκριμένα:

     

Τα παρακάτω προϊόντα είναι τα MNY. Είναι της Maybelline (αρχικά απο Maybelline New York) αλλα δεν τα έχω δει στην Ελλάδα. 2 υπέροχες σκιές (229 + 125) , 2 μανό  (552 + 353) - λίγο πιο χειμωνιάτικα , 2 λιπ γκλός (397 + 181) ,1 ρούζ ,που είναι highlighter βασικά (401) και ένα lip balm.

Τα επόμενα είναι της Lumene,που είναι φιλανδική εταιρία. Πείτε μου σε ποιά δεν αρέσει η κρέμα χεριών angry birds!! Μια κρέμα προσώπου επίσης , καθώς και ένα ρούζ (02).

Η επόμενη εταιρία είναι η Herbina, ακόμη μια Φιλανδική εταιρία. Το ένα μπουκαλάκι είναι κρέμα προσώπου και η άλλη λοσιόν, αν δεν με ξεγελάει ο google μεταφραστής!

Κάποια καλούδια απο την Rilken, όπως ένα μολύβι χρυσό (006 Golden Earth), ένα eyeliner σε σκούρο χρυσο/bronze( 290 Precious Gold) , μια μάσκαρα (sexy curves full figure), καθώς και ένα μολύβι χειλιών (004 Indian Pink) 

Τέσσερα lip gloss απο την I love....

Ενα ρουζ της LaFemme( 02), μια σκιά της Gosh(03),μια σκιά της we care icon (19 - true cappucino), και μία της Anton and Alison.

Το κλασσικό βαζάκι της Carmex (! Το ήθελα !) μαζί με τρία κραγιόν (Nivea- peach 16,Estee - 188 Rubellite και technic - Indian Red) καθώς και 3 μανό ακόμα. Ενα της Rimmel (sky high), ένα της Claire's και ένα μίνι της Selene(230). Α, και μια μάσκαρα μαλλιών isadora που ξέχασα να φωτογραφίσω!

Εδώ να πω οτι η σκιά η Gosh,η σκιά Anton and Alison και τα κραγιόν, ήταν ήδη used/swatched. Aποφασίσαμε με την Anni, αν έχουμε προϊόντα που δεν μας άρεσαν ή δεν μας έκαναν, εφόσον ανήκουν στην κατηγορία που μπορούμε εύκολα να απολυμάνουμε (αρα βγάλαμε εκτός μάσκαρα και lipgloss, προφανώς), να τα ανταλλάξουμε! Χαίρομαι πολύ που δεν της άρεσαν, γιατί είναι υπέροχα!

Vichy Dermablend review !

Γειά σας κοπέλες μου και πάλι! Αργησα πάρα πολύ να ξανακάνω ποστ, αλλα είχα πολλά τρεχάματα!
Για αυτό επέστρεψα για να κάνω review σε ένα λατρεμένο - πλεόν- προϊόν, που είμαι σίγουρη οτι ισχύει και για πολλές απο εσάς.

Dermablend της Vichy !!!



Ναι, ναι, ξέρω οτι κάνω σαν τις youtubers στο video της Katmar, αλλα πραγματικά λατρεύω αυτό το make up!

Ας το πάρουμε απο την αρχή το θέμα...Πριν αρκετό καιρό έκανα ένα review για το make up της Vichy, το flexiteint το οποίο μου άρεσε μεν, δεν ήταν για μένα δε (χρώμα/ηλικιά,κτλ)
H Vichy λοιπόν μου έστειλε το dermablend, αυτή τη φορά σε ανοιχτή απόχρωση, την 15, η οποία είναι και η πλεόν κατάλληλη για μένα. Το φοράω συνεχώς απο τότε και...

Και ερωτώ.....

Που ήμουν τόσο καιρό και δεν το ήξερα?
Σε ποιόν πλανήτη ζω?

Εχω δοκιμάσει πολλάααα make up, και αυτή την στιγμή έχω τουλάχιστον 8-9 ανοιχτα (πάνε για φούντο, προφανώς, λήγουν και εύκολα)
Άλλα μου κάνανε στην κάλυψη, άλλα στην υφή, αλλα στην απόχρωση...Αυτό τα έχει όλα !!!! (και συμφέρει - κυριολεκτικά!!!!! Σε ηλεκτρονικά καταστήματα θα το βρείτε απο 15-20€ )

Πάρα πολύ καλή κάλυψη, ταιριάζει άψογα με το χρώμα του δέρματος μου, αφήνει φυσικό αποτέλεσμα (οχι τελείως ματ, ούτε πολύ γιαλυστερό),είναι ελαφρύ, δεν προκαλεί λιπαρότητα και φυσικά κρατάει για ώρες.
Τον τελευταίο καιρό το βάζω σχεδόν καθημερινά γιατί έχω κάποιες κοκκινίλες και ηλίθια σπυράκια λόγω αλλεργίας με την άνοιξη, που δεν ξεκουμπίζονται με τίποτα !
Πήρα ήδη δεύτερο σωληνάριο, και έχω ένα back up στο σπίτι, και ένα στο τσαντάκι που κουβαλάω μαζί μου!

Επειδή όμως δεν μου αρέσει να μιλάω χωρίς αποδείξεις, και να εκθειάζω καταστάσεις χωρίς να είναι πραγματικότητα, μπορείτε να δείτε παρακάτω την διαφορά.
Δεν έχω φορέσει concealer, ούτε καν έχω δουλέψει περισσότερο τα σημεία με τα σπυράκια.
Το παρακάτω αποτέλεσμα είναι με ένα απλό άπλωμα του make up.Μια ομοιόμορφη στρώση.

Απλώς θα πρέπει να προσέξετε 2 πράγματα:

1) Μην βάζετε πολύ ! Πραγματικά, μια μικρή ποσότητα αρκεί!
2) Το χρώμα όταν το κάνεις blend, είναι ελαφρώς πιο ανοιχτό γιαυτό προσοχή όταν το δοκιμάζετε ώστε να διαλέξετε την σωστή απόχρωση.

50 random facts about me!

Hello again!

Sorry I haven't posted for such a long time, but I had to deal with some personal matters those weeks, and didn't have time to make a post. Here is just the 50 random things about me - tag, but I promise I will return asap for some reviews and swatches!

1.I am addicted to internet and gadgets.
2.Μy profession is stereotypically manly. The sex rate in my university semester was 3(f)/97(m)
3. I m 174cm tall
4. My eyes were blue-grey until I was 3 years old ! (Now are grey/green hazel)
5. My brother made me princess-like with gum when I was 4.. In my hair (crown), ears (earrings) and necklace. I had to cut my hair manly/short.
6. I was the most anti-social kid in kindergarden. When my parents dropped me there, I just took my pencils and start drawing instead of playing with the rest of the kids.
7. I like football and I am a PAOK fan.
8. Ι never played with dolls until 2 years ago with my best friend's daughter. I have 3 brothers, and they destroyed every single girly toy I had
9. I never leave house if I don't have a) a handbag b) my cell c) money
10. I don't eat bacon, ham, salami, sausages, beans, chickpeas, greens in general and actually, lots of food. I also rarely eat bread with lunch/dinner.
11. I am addicted to coffee and I only drink it black.I can drink up to 6 per day, with no problem
12. I can sleep for more than 14 hours, if noone wakes me, even if I m not tired
13. I have problems concentrating in one thing (can't even read with music, etc)

Ηits and misses, swatches and reviews : MUA

Hello again girls!

A couple of weeks ago, MUA had an amazing offer, which I talked you about already in that post.

Now its time to talk about MUA's hits and misses, or simply make a quick review on each product

Hope you'll enjoy it :)

Cover and concealer wand: Its nice. Not the best concealer you have every tried but very good for its price. Medium coverage and good staying power.

Concealer stick: Kinda hard. Not as good as the wand, or as seventeen's stick, but not nearly as bad as the Jordana concealer. Just okay.

 

(wand) fair -> natural -> (stick) natural -> Almond

Eyebrow pencil and lip pencil : Both of them are super pigmented and very soft. While that's a positive thing about the lip pencil, you have to be careful with the brow one, or maybe if you got the dark one. I have use it a couple of times and has good staying power. Too bad there were limited shades. For both.

Cream blusher: I don't  have many cream blushers, just this and a nyx one. I like the fact that is NOT very pigmented, because it would be hard for me to work with it. The color is amazing :)

Single eyeshadows: I have already the undressed pallete (you are going to loooooooove it) and the Pretty pastel's one (review here), and none of the rest was in my to-buy list, so I though I'd give a chance to single eyeshadows. For 1 pound per each, (0.5 with the -50%) , what can go wrong? I got 1,,12,16,17 and 19 but 3 of them are too light to swatch. and 19 (if I'm not mistaken) the matte brown is lovely, and can  also  be used in dark eyebrows (Like mine)! They are all amazing!!!!!!!!!! Lot's of product, great pigmentation, smooth, good staying power.

But I looooooooove shade  no #12.

I don't use brush for this one, because, unlike the rest of eyeshadows (in general) it doesn't give much color that way. It's like a creamy one. Its a gorgeous warm chocolate brown with green shimmers. It litterally compliments every eye color.The more you apply though, the more the green appears.

 

 Pressed Powder : I was impressed. I didn't believe it would be that good. Not only I (finally) found a powder that fit my color, but its so cheap? Gives a wonderfull matte finish. I m almost sure I will (finally!) hit the pan with that one.

Bronzer : I chose the darker shade, which is still light enough. Its perfect for contouring for fair/medium skintones. It has became my favorite

Lipsticks : I bought shades 1,2,10 and 11. I knew beforehand that they didn't have a super staying power and didn't mind.For that, I was okay, since, come on, for 1 pound, this is too much already to get.They are very pigmented though. #1 is a gorgeous red  with blue undertones, #2 is a rosy purply pink. #10 is a pinkish nude,more in the brown side (with a tad shimmer) , and #11 is a nude, to the pink side. I suggest you look for more swatches in internet, because from light to light, you'll see different results.

BB foundation: I love the fact that matches my skintone. It's not heavy on the skin, and it has a nice coverage. I'd love it more  if I could apply it a bit easier, but overall is a very worthy product.

Matte primer: Just wow!!!!!!!!  It gives a smooth finish to your skin, and help it stay oily-free, and makes sure your foundation stays in place. Really-really happy I got it, and defenately re-stock :)

Brow kit: I m not sure if I like this product , not as a result, but as an overall idea. I like the tiny tweezers, and the wax/shadows work well. But I think its too big for nothing. It would be better to have 3-4 shades for fair/auburn/brunnete and dark hair. Now, for every girl, 2 out of 3 shades will be uselless.

Eyeliner : I m very happy to discover cheap and good eyeliners. After Essence's amazing one, now this one. I want it in more colors though. Brown-black or brown would be perfect :)

Plumping gloss: Nice as a lipgloss, nothing for plumping. (buff)

Lip boom: I didn't intent to buy it, because I don't really like 1) double ended products 2) Sparkly lipglosses.But turned out a great product. First, the shade ''It's a situation'' is amazing . A lovely burgundy that makes teeth look whiter. Second, its very matte when weared alone, so that's something I also love and third, the lipgloss (which smells great) doesn't look as bad as I though, in fact, it gives a very beautiful result, and great to wear ''statement lips''

Intense lip gloss: A nice - pigmented lipgloss. Not stick, and cute packaging. (sealed with a kiss)

 (sealed with a kiss -> Buff -> lip boom lipstick -> lip b. gloss -> combined)

Overall, I m very-very pleased with MUA. It's very cheap, and some products are not only quality for money worthy, but way better. I have to try their nail stuff and brushes, too.

You probably already know that MUA (Make Up Academy) reached 50.000 likes in facebook, so they made the amazing offer of -50% plus free shipping.
I couldn't resist. Just couldn't.

They had some problems in the first day of the offer, so I waited until they said is okay, and until I saw some facebook comments from others that their order went smoothly.

Do you believe in love with the first sight? Second?

Well, how many of us have bought something, that didn't like that moment, and when we used them again, we fell in love with it?

I m one of them. I had forgotten some items in my stash lately, so I gave them a second chance...

.... and I don't regret it !

 Zara teracotta multibronzing powder.I remember buying it very cheap (like 5€).I used it a couple of times back then, and then forgot it. I retried it a couple of days ago, and while is multibronzing (means as highlighters, eyeshadows, blushes, etc), I love the colors as eyeshadows. One of my very faves this month.

 Korres Shimmering eyeshadow dark grey. It was part of an 6eyeshadows offer. Though it was too dark. Now love it for smokey :)

Seventeen precision liner. Kay. I have to admit that a year ago, I even rarely used eyeliner/eye pencil. I was so clumsy in that. I bought it some months ago, but found it very hard to use. Now that I am a bit better in applying eyeliner, I tried it again. Its a glossy, dark black and have a very good staying power.

L'oreal Lumi Magique. Won it in a giveaway. Never paid attention but after trying it a couple of times I realize that is actually ts good for under-eye highlighter.

Elf concealer/Highlighter duo . I didn't like the highlighter part, and I thought it was too long to fit my make-up clutch.I saw katmar1978 's  video where she said it broke in two pieces (as it was something negative)  but it was a great solution to me.So I broke it and kept the concealer one which I liked from the start :) Win-win!

Lancome Tonique water. (no pic for this) I have bought quite a few traveler sets and general sets from Duty Free shops, and sometimes, I don't use all the products from the pack. I had tried that lotion when I bought it but that period of time, my skin was way too dry, so It just made it even more dry !!!

I still don't use it all the time,but when I have some pimples, I prefer this over any other lotion and it really helps.

The body shop lip liner in mauve berry. I have bought it to match a TBS lipstick.

 I didn't like the lipstick (gave it away,eventually) and I had forgotten this lip liner, because when I bought it, I didn't have lots of lipsticks anyway. While looking through my pencils, I saw this. Tried it again, (matched with some of my lipsticks,too) and use it again.

You should all go through your make up stash again. Especially if you have lots and lots of stuff like I do. You'll might find a hidden gem you have forgotten, too :)
